Katie, Derek’s wife, joined the company in 2018 and plays a key role in customer service and accounting. She brings over 15 years of customer service experience and is dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience. Sharing a passion for camping and the outdoors, Derek and Katie have built the business together around their combined interests and commitment to quality service.
